We have been providing learning and development solutions to our clients for the last 8 years and are now looking for a new Lead Generator/Business Developer to help us achieve our business growth ambitions. In short, the role is to research and find new potential clients then to contact to introduce them to our services, what we offer and how we can support them.
Hours of work:
15- 20 Flexible Hours Per Week -School hours available & potential to increase hours!
Salary:
£19,760 Pro-rata Basic Hourly Rate + Meeting Generation Bonus + 10% Commission on all converted leads (Uncapped)
In addition to the base salary which will be complimented by a generous commission plan, you will also receive on-going training, development and inspiration that being part of this team guarantees.

The role will mainly consist of: Researching new prospects, sending emails, making business-to-business calls with the focus of making appointments, building client relationships, generating and maintaining leads.
The right candidate to us is someone who is orgnanised and enjoys building relationships with others whilst being results-focused. We are looking for someone who has great verbal, written and call handling skills. We use the full suite of Microsoft office systems, including video conferencing and a company CRM system so proficiency in computer skills is essential to us. The ideal candidate would have experience in a sales, telemarketing, or customer service role but this not essential, as full training will be given.

Remuneration (Example)
£19,760 Pro-rata Basic Hourly Rate + Meeting Generation Bonus + 10% Commission on all converted leads (Uncapped)
Example of Commission
- Business Development team member (successful applicate) generates a meeting and receives £5 per meeting
- Training & Delivery team member attends meeting and sells a 2 day leadership training programme at £4,000 (Our standard day rate is £2000)
- Business Development team member (successful applicate) receives 10% of the sale = £400 Commission paid
- If the client, then continues to work with us the Business Development team member receives £200 (10%) for every day worked for the life of the client.
