Prior to consulting, Debbie has enjoyed a successful career with Barclays Bank, progressing through a series of client facing, training, and senior leadership roles, before specialising in Change Management. This range of experience, coupled with a passion to coach and empower people, has led her to work with a varied range of clients within the public, private, voluntary and third sectors. She specialises in building high performing teams, leadership development, leading strategic and transformation change, supporting career management and transition, and individual coaching.

Debbie is a compassionate and values driven coach and mentor, displaying a natural and candid coaching style that brings out the best in people, building trust and confidence, and motivating and empowering individuals to reach their full potential. She is an experienced trainer and facilitator, with strong relationship management skills, and the ability to engage and influence a diverse mix of clients, whether working with groups or on an individual basis.

Debbie is qualified to use a variety of psychometric tools including Clarity4D Colour Personality Profiling, is an NLP Practitioner and holds the ILM Level 5 Coaching and Mentoring qualification.
