Lee has over 12 years Lean, Process and Operational Improvement experience in a variety of organisations and environments. Starting out as an Engineer, gaining 15 years’ experience with Ford Motor Company and becoming qualified as a Six Sigma Black Belt gave Lee a great foundation on which to build his skills and apply them to different industries. Lee has since dealt with Operational and Process opportunities in Manufacturing, Engineering, Customer Service, Maintenance, Banking and Insurance.
